The most important attractions in Santa Barbara are the old Hotel Virginia, historic El Pueblo Viejo area and the Old Mission’s pink towers where events are hosted. The County Courthouse features colorful murals, and the clock tower and observation deck deliver a great view over the region. The 1873 founded Lobero theatre was revamped by George Washington Smith in the 1920s and still hosts performances today.
